Gladstone is a town in Queensland, Australia, located on the coast between Bundaberg and Rockhampton. It is an industrial centre with a large harbour and attractive marina district.

Gladstone is surrounded by heavy industry, including Queensland Alumina refinery and Boyne Aluminium smelter. There is a power station, and nearby mountains and islands. The Great Barrier Reef is accessible by boat from Gladstone.
